Located above Dana Point Harbor, StillWater is the ideal place to enjoy delicious food, local entertainment and unique libations in a friendly, customer-centric environment.

Utilizing sustainable, locally-sourced produce, meat and fish StillWater offers a tantalizing menu from Chef Javier Romero. In addition, staff mixologists have created distinctive drinks, based on the liquors, ingredients and celebrities popular in the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s.

In keeping with the pre-prohibition theme, the rust-colored I-beams, historic pictures of Dana Point and antique inspired-lighting customers are transported back to a prohibition-era speakeasy. The top of the line kitchen/bar and customized outdoor pizza-oven are a few of the visible reminders of the 21st century.

Whether it's an intimate dinner, corporate event or fundraiser for 200+ people, StillWater is the perfect setting for your next event!
