  • First Course - Duet of Oysters

    Guajillo crusted oysters served with feta cheese, tequila , lime juice and micro cilantro. Second oyster with ratatouille mignonette.

  • Second Course - Mixed Greens

    Organic mixed greens served with grape vinaigrette, candied walnuts, gorganzola blue cheese.

  • Third Course - Icelandic Cod

    Pan-seared cod, served with tomato jam, fingerling potato puree and seasonal vegetables.

  • Fourth Course - Kurobuta Pork Loin

    Kurobuta pork loin served in a bed of honey crisp apple, oyster mushrooms, kumquat demy glaze

  • Fifth Course - Flourless Chocolate Cake

    Served with homemade pistachio ice cream
